Customer Support Coordinator, Dutch Speaking/ VBET

We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to assist our customers by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues with a focus on Dutch speaking customers.

In order to satisfy customers and offer them a great user experience, we’re looking for individuals with commercial awareness and strong communicational skills.
Responsibilities

Constant communication and cooperation with the Vbet Netherlands team and the administrative team (analysts, QM and Learning Manager Vbet Netherlands)

Uploading and transmitting daily and weekly reports to analysts and QM specialists

Assistance to team employees in providing access to e-mail addresses, AGP and other Company programs

Assistance with technical problems related to customer service software

Assistance in organizing telephone communication for NL sites

Transmission of information related to changes in the customer service process

Notification of all changes, new promotions or global issues on the Vbet Netherlands website

Constant guidance and assistance with website-related issues
-
Consistency and work to accelerate the resolution of long-standing issues (communication with other divisions of the Armenian office)

Control of chats/calls

Analysis of Company’s internal chats/ groups for communication between CS employees and other divisions

Analysis, testing, transmitting an issue of new products on the website

Quality control, testing, transmitting an issue of Company’s new programs designed for employee use
Our expectations

Higher education

Good knowledge of the Dutch language (C1,C2)
