Head of Acquisition
VBET is an international sports betting and gaming brand in over 120 countries worldwide and powered in-house by Betconstruct. We have highly ambitious plans, and we are looking for a Head of Acquisition to manage VBET Acquisition Strategy in order to strengthen business in various markets.
About the Role
Head of Acquisition Marketing role will be responsible for the creation and planning of all acquisition-based marketing, monitoring and analysis of campaigns for all VBETs worldwide. You will help develop strategy across different regions, engage new traffic sources, as well as minimize the CPAs by optimization and budget management.
Key Responsibilities of the Role

Take ownership of the Customer Acquisition Vision and lead the country marketing managers to plan, execute, measure and optimize regional player acquisition campaigns

Be responsible for both individual Campaign creation, and the acquisition Marketing plans as a whole.

Drive the overall development of a best-in-class affiliate marketing framework that enhances brand discoverability, converts and generates quality traffic and retains high-performing affiliates.

Manage all tactical channels: affiliates, PPC, SEO/ASO, RTB and retargeting and ATL serving all products and regions.

Develop a set of player acquisition KPIs and long-range plans that enables defining and measuring success at regional level.

Build and optimize statistical models, tools and capabilities that will drive a continuously improved and personalized acquisition program.

Analyze and report on player data including cost, quality and net profit metrics in order to drive net gaming revenue.

Discover new opportunities for different regions and different traffic sources

Maintain full awareness and understanding of appropriate legislation for relevant media channels by region and ensure all activity is fully compliant and socially responsible.
Our expectations

At least 5 years of experience in a highly analytical and strategic role in gaming industry

Proven experience in growing a customer acquisition program

Be commercially and analytically minded, using both quantitative and qualitative data sources to drive decisions and successfully generate results

‘Big-picture’ acquisition expert, mindful of the whole customer path from awareness to advocacy

Be passionate about creating meaningful connections between the VBET brand and audiences with useful content and by putting them at the centre of the experience.

Ability to adapt to new markets quickly, comfortable dealing with fast paced environments

Experience working with multiple markets and jurisdictions, European markets experience is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and remote effectiveness.

Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
