About the Role
This role is responsible for CRM and Promotional activities for Sportsbook and Casino. The main function is leading CRM strategies to improve overall business KPIs and customer experience, to convert new users to first order, and continually engage and retain them throughout customer lifecycle. This role is also responsible for creating profile-based customer segments to maximize the response of the campaigns and contribute to the development of our own reward mechanism.
Key Responsibilities of the Role

To develop and implement the company’s international CRM lifecycle strategy.

To retain and reactivate players through global and targeted campaigns in order to drive conversion, early life retention, churn prevention, and reactivation rates whilst measured on KPIs.

To provide AB testing and automate marketing journey with personalized & targeted communication, creating profile-based customer segments to maximize the response of the campaigns.

To implement a data-driven approach in all lifecycle activities across all channels to ensure ongoing analysis to determine the ROI, and continually optimize offers and communications to maximize revenue.

To provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders on the success of CRM lifecycle activities, demonstrating a deep understanding of what motivates customers.

Define and manage CRM workflows from brief requests to production, delivery and reporting, coordinating with varying stakeholders and departments (CRM, Content, Design, Customer Support, Product)

Understand and improve the event tracking / implementation logic of a CRM tool, monitor the sanity check of CRM data in comparison with other data platforms. Leading new implementations or improvements on existing tools.

Be the final approver before any campaign goes live, ensuring correct bonus setup, accuracy of email/sms/inbox content and accuracy and compliance of Design assets.
Our expectations

At least 3 years of a CRM experience in the online gaming sector or other live service environments including life cycle management.

Strong understanding and proven experience of customer segmentation and campaign management.

Team management experience, ability to train and mentor individuals.

Strong analytics experience and understanding of industry KPIs and usage of tools.

Passion for sports and casino products and understanding of domestic and international trends.

Good understanding of bonuses system and its types.

Excellent communication skills.

High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment.

Proficiency in English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
