About the Role
HR and Talent Acquisition is one of the key areas of our business,and HR marketing is at the core of it.This role reports to the HR Director of Vbet.Our growing team welcomes creative storytellers full of innovative ideas who knows how to reach and engage audience on a human level, and help us drive top talent to our company via modern recruitment marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities of the Role

Develop and implement a Recruitment and Employer Branding communication strategy to attract high-quality applicants,

Manage and develop company’s career site, career pages in social media and recruitment platforms,

Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience,

Monitor the online space, track negative reviews about the company and offer solutions to neutralize them,

Track, measure and create monthly reports on key recruitment communication metrics,
-
Create engaging job descriptions for job announcements,

Develop and implement Vbet’s corporate events in cooperation with specialists from the marketing and HR departments,

Serve as brand ambassador at various external events, like career fairs or other recruiting events,
-
Work closely with HR director and Recruitment manager to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals,

Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement,
-
Research marketing and communication trends in the HR marketing industry,
-
Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels.
Our expectations

At least 3 years of marketing and communications experience, as an advantage in the HR marketing,

Understanding of Employer Branding strategies and Recruitment marketing,
-
In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and candidates’ selection methods,
-
Hands on experience with recruitment software,
-
Outstanding organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload,
-
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills,
-
High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment,
-
Betting and gambling industry knowledge is an advantage,
-
Proficiency in English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
