About the Role
Marketing Coordinator will complete organizational and management tasks that support the efforts of a variety of projects, campaigns or events. The role duties and responsibilities include communicating with other team members about project, event or campaign expectations and goals.
Key Responsibilities

Task creation, estimation, deadline provision, and follow ups,

Conduct competitor analysis and monitoring,

Cooperate with the related teams,
-
Provide daily support for marketing projects, campaigns or ad hoc assignments,
-
Ensure projects and tasks are on time and meet or exceed quality expectations,
-
Implementation of marketing actions,
-
Budget monitoring,
-
Gather information on licenses, restrictions, strategies and global marketing activations,
-
Keep contact with internal services and external service providers,
-
Assist in creating and offering acquisition and retention promotion,
-
Involve all relevant stakeholders (Affiliates, Acquisition), ensure technical feasibility and open tasks on the respective departments (design, CRM, RM, Translations, etc),

Follow up and confirm the deliverables with the Marketing Manager,

Put the promotion live on the website and on CRM Tool,
-
Execution of all changes on the website,
-
Daily website review (content, links, etc),
-
Provide statistical analysis, reports and monitoring for each promotion/activities,
-
Registration, First time deposits, Deposit reporting from CRM report and Affiliate reporting platforms.
Our expectations

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications,
-
Strong English and French language skills, both verbal and written, presentation skills,

Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role,
-
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing,
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment,
-
Experience with research using data analytics software.
