Performance Manager/ VBET
As a Performance Manager, you will take a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing performance management and grading systems to elevate our organization's workforce. Your responsibilities will focus on assessing employees’ skills, competencies, and performance levels. You will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals, while continuously monitoring and improving performance management processes. A fundamental understanding of management practices is essential for this role to make informed and fair grading decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:

Develop and implement performance management systems, processes, and tools that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives.

Collaborate with department heads/leads to establish key performance indicators and goals for all employees.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish clear and measurable performance criteria.

Monitor and evaluate employee performance on an ongoing basis, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Grading System Implementation:

Create performance grading frameworks and criteria for various roles within the organization.

Implement and oversee the grading system to evaluate employee performance fairly and consistently.

Ensure the grading system supports career development and succession planning.

Coach the managers and employees on the grading system and its application
Data Analysis:

Establish data collection processes and tools to gather performance-related data.

Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Create insightful reports and recommendations for senior management to drive data-informed decisions.
Performance Reporting:

Create performance reports that clearly present performance indicators to stakeholders.

Communicate performance results to management, department heads, and individual employees.

Provide recommendations for performance improvement based on data analysis.

Develop strategies to address performance gaps and provide coaching and guidance as needed.

Continuously improve the performance management process based on feedback and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

Previous experience in performance management, talent development, or a related HR function would be a plus.
