About the Role

The successful candidate will be working within a fast paced, exciting, and highly productive environment. This is a demanding, responsible, varied, exciting and challenging role where a passion for everything SMM-related is essential. Key Responsibilities of the Role

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

Our expectations

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist (2+ years)
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills
  • Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English
